• Service Area in Tokyo: Available for locations within the 23 Wards of Tokyo, Mitaka City, and Musashino City.
• Driver Details: We will provide your driver’s information, including their mobile number, by the day before your scheduled service.
• Capacity: Our vehicles can accommodate up to 9 passengers.
• Booking Deadline: Please make your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
• Early Morning/Late Night Surcharge: A 20% surcharge will be applied to the base rate for arrivals or departures during early morning or late-night hours.

Cancellation Policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is canceled 1 day or less before the event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is canceled 2 days or less before the event
