- Early morning /late night surcharge will be added for the service between 22:30-6:29 which is 20%
- Airport Greeter: up to 9 pax/flight (Upon your request/ 2 FLTs/ different Terminals/ NRT Terminal 3) 12,000yen
- Railway Greeter: up to 9 pax 12,000yen
Note: Arrivals at NRT Terminal 3 require an airport greeter. No vehicle is allowed without authority. - Chauffeur will wait for the passenger at arrival hall with name board sign.
- This rate is for point to point airport direct transfer only. We surcharge for any additional stops or extending the trip.

Cancellation Policy
The following fees will apply to the cancellation.
- Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 50% of Total Price
- Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 100% of Total Price
