Outech Tokyo Private Tour - 5 stars ☆

I'm so glad I booked this tour with Outech. I have been to Tokyo a few times but this time I was traveling with 8 other family members, 6 of whom are elderly and 1 three year old child so I wanted to make sure we get a private tour of Tokyo to allow us to see all the main sites in one day with no hassle. Natsu picked us up in a very new and clean 9 seater with snacks and water available for us. She made sure we got to see everything on our list and added some great stops.

She was so patient with all our requests being we had a majority elderly group that moved slowly.
She accommodated our groups request for many comfort room breaks..lol..and was patient as we walked around the sites and shops. She speaks English well and explained the sites history to us as well as any traditions to follow when at shrines. We requested ramen for lunch, and the place she brought us to was outstanding! At the end of our tour she provided us with a group picture she took on her phone and a personalized note. My only regret is our group not getting a picture with her.

If you need a tour of Tokyo, I highly recommend Outech! Clean and nice vehicles and outstanding service. And if you are lucky enough I highly recommend Natsu as a tour guide. Thank you Natsu!! We loved our one day tour with you.
