Airport Transfer Service

Airport transfers to and from the Tokyo metropolitan area (23 wards) are priced at fixed flat rates, depending on the vehicle booked as well as the airport used. We serve all regional commercial airports, including NRT (Narita International Airport) and HND (Haneda Airport).

  • Tax is included in service price (10%).
  • All transfers operated between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. are subject to a late-night or early-morning 20% surcharge.
  • For airport pick-ups, the chauffeur will wait for the passenger(s) at the arrival hall, holding a name board sign
  • Flights landing during peak travel periods* in Japan: To respond to the extremely low parking availability, an airport greeter will be dispatched to guide the passenger(s) to their vehicle. Additional charges will apply to use of this service.
  • For groups landing on two different flights, an airport greeter will be dispatched to welcome the later-arriving group and guide them to their vehicle. Additional charges will apply to use of this service.
  • Different rates apply for extra stops and hourly transfers.
  • Hourly rate applies when extra stops are requested along the route to the final destination.

Peak travel periods:

  • Golden Week (April 25th to May 6th)
  • Summer holiday (July 18th to September 7th)
  • Silver week (September 12th to September 15th // September 19th to September 23rd)
  • The New Year's holiday (December 26th to January 4th)

Point to Point Service

Point to Point can be used anyway you wish. The trip starts at one point (A) and concludes at another (B) from or to Tokyo.

  • Tax is included in service price (10%).
  • All transfers operated between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. are subject to a late-night or early-morning 20% surcharge.
  • Tolls and parking fees are not included.
　

Limo Tour Service

  • Tax is included in service price (10%).
  • All transfers operated between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. are subject to a late-night or early-morning 20% surcharge.
  • Tolls and parking fees are not included.
  • The length and site coverage of the Tours is subject to change, based on traffic condition, parking availability and other unforeseen circumstances that are common to Tokyo metropolitan area, and/or unexpected conditions that prevents us to complete a tour in part or full.
  • Your chauffeur may not be able to accompany you and your party to certain locations when a parking for a limousine is not readily available on site. In such situation, your chauffeur may choose to provide you with relevant information about sites inside a vehicle, and answer any questions you may have prior to your excursion on your own.
  • Some tours may not be available on requested dates due to peak travel periods* or a scheduled closure of business.

Cancellation fee

  • 48 hours prior to local pick up time : 50%.
  • 24 hours prior to local pick up time : 100%.
