• Service Area: Available for locations within the 23 Wards of Tokyo, Mitaka City, and Musashino City.
• Driver Details: We will provide your driver’s information, including their mobile number, by the day before your scheduled service.
• Capacity: Our vehicles can accommodate up to 9 passengers.
• Booking Deadline: Please make your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
• Early Morning/Late Night Surcharge: A 20% surcharge will be applied to the base rate for arrivals or departures during early morning or late-night hours.
• Vehicle Selection: We will select the most suitable vehicle type (sedan, minivan, or van) based on your group size.

Cancellation Policy

The following fees will apply to the cancellation.

• Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 50% of Total Price
• Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (local time): 100% of Total Price
