Airport Transfer Service

Airport transfers to and from the Tokyo metropolitan area (23 wards) are priced at fixed flat rates, depending on a vehicle booked as well as the airport used. We serve all regional commercial airports, including NRT (Narita International airport) and HND (Haneda airport).

・Tax is included in service price (8%).
・20% surcharge will be added for early morning /late night service between 22:30-6:29.
・A chauffeur will wait for clients at arrival hall with a name board sign.
・Airport Greeter: A flat fee of 6,480 JPY is charged up to 9 passengers, per flight. Meet and Greet for a 2nd flight will incur an additional flat fee, regardless of its terminal location or arrival time.
・Hourly rate applies when extra stops are requested along the route to the final destination.

About Holiday Season in Japan
・During the high travel seasons noted below, Meet and Greet service must be booked for airport pick-ups, due to the high volume of traffic at the airport.
Golden Week (from Friday, April 25th to Tuesday, May 6th 2014) / Silver week (from Friday, September 12th to Monday, September 15th 2014 and from Friday, September 19 to Tuesday, September 23rd 2014) /Summer holiday (from Friday, July 18th to Sunday, September 7th 2014) /The New Year's holiday (from Friday, December 26th Friday 2014 to Sunday, January 4th 2015)
*Higher rate and modified terms may apply when there is a large-scale event taking place in Tokyo. For more information about rates and terms, please contact our representative.

Hourly Service

An hourly charter is priced based on the number of hours as well as the type of vehicle booked. For local trips, fees start at your scheduled pickup time, and stop when the last member of your group is dropped off at the designated location. Limousine charter is 3 hours minimum and additional fee for every 30 minute.

・The quoted price excludes tolls and parking fee.
・20% surcharge will be added for early morning /late night services between 22:30-6:29.
・Different rates apply when traveling to cities and prefectures outside of Tokyo metropolitan area (23 wards)
* In accordance with applicable laws, Outech Limousine Company cannot provide chauffeur services when both pick up and drop off locations are outside of Tokyo Metropolitan area (not within 23 wards). In such situations, our partner company with a proper license will be arranged for your transportation.
・A full service charge will apply, in an event your travel schedule is shortened either foreseeably or unforeseeably, and without an advance notice before the designated driver is dispatched.
・Hourly service will be charged starting from the scheduled pick-up time, in an event passenger(s) show up late to the pre-arranged location and time.
・Additional fee and an extra hourly charge will apply, in an event passenger(s) request an extra hour to be added.
・A full day reservation without an assigned drop-off time will be charged for 8 hours minimum.
・In accordance with the applicable laws, we are unable to provide service longer than 12 hours with 1 driver. Any service requiring more than 12 hours will necessitate a second driver to be dispatched, which will result in additional fees.
