Chauffeur/Driver Safety

Airportlimo-tokyo.com makes your safety and comfort our top priority. We will provide you the cleanest and most comfortable buses, limousines, sedans and taxis operated by friendly drivers who are delighted to make your trip relaxing and enjoyable. We consider costomer safety the most important and a very serious responsibility.

Maintenance

We have mechanics that make sure our vehicles are in perfect shape before they leave their garage. We also have to inspect and maintain all vehicles once every 3 months by law. Each vehicles is cleaned daily to make sure our passengers have the best ride possible.

Our Chauffeurs/drivers

Our Chauffeurs/ drivers are required to complete extensive driver training courses and are subject to random drug and alcohol testing and periodic safety reviews.

Insurance

The most important thing to consider when booking a limo or a van is safety. Airportlimo-tokyo.com has registered with the Land Infrastructure and Transportation Ministry and have been properly insured and licensed.

In Japan, it is obligatory for the service company to have an insurance with unlimited coverage in case of death or serious aftereffects of the passengers during a ride on a limousine, sedan or van.

But the service company doesn't have the obligation to be insured against treatment costs or hospital charges. Generally,the service company has insurances in which clients will be reimbursed 3000-5000 yen per day as outpatient coverage, and 5000-10000yen per day as inpatient coverage respectively.
